The 72 Hour Method:

3. Maintain high fluid levels. Flush kidneys and urinary tract by consuming at least 2 quarts of distilled water every day (add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a little honey and salt to it). If you can drink a gallon, go for it; however do not exceed half your body weight in ounces.
Herbs and foods that increase urination: Parsley leaf and root, nettle leaf, juniper berry, cucumber with skin, lettuce, lentils, corn, grapes, celery, spinach, peas, pineapple, and coffee.
